A new member of  Big Ideas, Anningwaa [pronounced A-knee-waa] specialises in content production, creative direction, project management within the social- creative sector. With 10+ years of experience  Anningwaa is eager to continually find new ways to inspire, empower, encourage, and enhance people from all walks of life to continue to create a legacy of free-thinking.

She has worked in the UK, USA and Kenya with companies such as Pop Up Projects, A New Direction, Theatre 31, Sauti Kuu and Fashion Minority Report producing a range of  programmes, that have resulted in memorable films, books and events, providing people with the skills, insight and access to develop their experiences of the creative industries.

In addition to her project management experience, she has recently produced a compelling Ghanaian Gender-Based Violence project, collaborating with an Emmy Award-winning writer, which has been received successfully by film festivals across the globe. 

These experiences, combined with her passion for fostering diversity and inclusion within the arts is what motivates her, and she is thrilled to be joining Big Ideas as an Executive Producer.
