Cassie Cramer is the newest Executive Producer at Big Ideas.

She re-joins Big Ideas after having worked for the organisation between January 2018 and September 2019. She then went to work at School 21, a pioneering free school in East London where Cassie was the Programme Manager for Real World Learning. At School 21 Cassie became a Careers Lead, Form Tutor and ran extracurricular activities with external partners.

Cassie also has experience working in education practice and policy at the Edge Foundation, where she ran training, facilitated partnerships, and fed into policy recommendations for education reform. 

Cassie has a BA in Archaeology and an MA in Cultural Heritage Studies from UCL, which led her to work in educational programme development and engagement in these subject areas. Cassie is also passionate about antiracism and has been a founding member of antiracism working groups in various organisations.
