Producer

We are looking for a Producer to join our team in Stratford to work across our projects, from school engineering challenges to Holocaust commemoration. The role includes:

  • Running outreach programmes

  • Facilitating workshops with schools and in other community settings

  • Creating compelling project resources to drive participation

  • Tracking engagement 

  • Monitoring and recording project costs

Producer – Digital 

We are looking for a Producer – Digital to join our team and work on web management, digital campaigns and content creation. The role will also involve supporting day to day office activities, as well as project support and development. Big Ideas is based in Stratford in London.

The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:

  • An interest and understanding of digital platforms and creating content for social media platforms
  • An understanding of website content management systems particularly WordPress
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience of running paid media campaigns
  • Experience of using of Google Analytics 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro

Big Ideas will offer support and training to the right candidate. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn on the job is key.

Management Accountant (two days a week)

Big Ideas is a Community Interest Company and Company Ltd. Although we are a small organisation, we pride ourselves on our big impact with ambitions to keep on growing. We are looking for a Management Accountant to work with us two days a week to help with financial tracking, budgeting, pricing strategy, business planning, financial strategy and decision making. Big Ideas is based in Stratford in London.

Big Ideas has an external bookkeeper and an independent auditor who prepares the annual accounts. The Management Accountant will work closely with the Senior Management Team to focus on financial strategy, including driving efficiencies and managing risk.
