Lottie has experience across the arts, education and charity sectors. Drawing on her work with children and young people in both creative and academic settings, Lottie brings her knowledge of the education and vocational sectors to her work at Big Ideas.

Prior to working at Big Ideas, Lottie worked in youth empowerment where she assisted school groups and young people to coordinate a wide variety of citizenship and volunteering projects.  Since joining the team in 2018, she has worked on the delivery and development of a broad range of projects.

Lottie began studying British Sign Language in 2017 and is due to start her Level 6 qualification later in this year. She is passionate about Big Ideas programming being inclusive and accessible for all audiences. 

Lottie trained in contemporary dance at Trinity Laban, moving on to complete a Masters in Dance Performance at Chichester University in 2011.
