We Can Be: Engineers, 18 October.

Join schools across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire for an empowering digital event about engineering and the future of transport. Don’t miss this special opportunity to meet a hands-on jet engineer, Royal Air Force Sergeant Chris Broadwith. From rebuilding helicopters to repairing some of the fastest jets in the world, Sergeant Chris is an engineering wizard and is looking forward to sharing his secrets with your pupils. Your students will be engineers for an hour as Sergeant Chris guides them through designing their own vehicles of the future.

We Can Be: Engineers is a partnership with Royal Air Force Youth STEM and Lincoln College. The mission is to engage and inspire the next generation of innovators, aviators and engineers. Two schools that complete engineering challenges will also get the chance to attend a half day engineering workshop at Lincoln College.

These events are for schools in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire only and are aimed at Key Stages 2 and 3 classes.
