Expert Guest – Yewande Akinola
Yewande Akinola is a Chartered Engineer, innovator, and Trustee of the QEP, Yewande’s engineering experience includes the design and construction, innovation and manufacture of buildings and systems in the built environment.
She has worked on projects in the UK, Africa, the Middle East and East Asia and has been named one of the 100 Most Influential Engineers in Europe by the Financial Times. Yewande is celebrated for her work on sustainable water design.
Expert Guest – Ben Money-Coomes
Ben Money-Coomes is an agile-trained chartered engineer with over 10 years of experience in program management, product management, design, testing and operations. Currently, he works in the role of Director of Technical Program Management at Slamcore – contributing to a team developing state-of-the-art spacial intelligence products.
Ben is interested in robotics, technology for good, the circular economy, physical computing education, and social entrepreneurship.
