Futures For All was an employability skills programme for young people across Greater Manchester with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) that empowers employers to recognise and celebrate the value of a diverse workforce inclusive of young people from the SEND sector.
Big Ideas co-produced a series of short films with alumni from SEND schools across Greater Manchester. These films explore a day in the life of each young person working in different jobs across Greater Manchester; from retail, to healthcare, hospitality, to digital. Watch the trailer (right).

This co-production programme was funded by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority. The Futures for All Films were shared at in-person workshops with more than 200 SEND students, and more than 500 younng people attended online digital workshops. The videos are a legacy of the programme promoting inclusive and workplaces.
