Victoria Hatchett

Victoria has broad experience of communications, policy and advocacy. She began her career working in a communications agency specialising in employer branding. She then joined leadership development charity Common Purpose to raise the profile of the work it does to develop leaders who can cross boundaries in and outside the workplace.
After a brief stint teaching in Japan, Victoria went straight into government communications where she enjoyed the challenge of policy communication within the fast moving news agenda and led a media team for landmark State Pension and workplace pension reforms.
Victoria has also acted as a strategic adviser to a broad portfolio of charities and social enterprises helping small organisations achieve larger profiles. She was delighted to discover Big Ideas in 2018.
